1. Purchasing our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance provides peace of mind by allowing for product replacement if issues arise during the product's lifespan. This coverage applies to the cost of the item, excluding shipping fees.​

   Important Details:

   • Exclusions: Misuse, normal wear and tear, and product discontinuation void the warranty.​

   • Definition of "Lifetime": Refers to the period during which the product remains in production.​

   • Policy Changes: The warranty can be canceled without prior notice to the customer.​

   How to Use Your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:

   1. Document the Issue: Capture a photo or short video of the item demonstrating the problem.​

   2. Submit a Request: Visit our Contact Form page and select "Lifetime Warranty" as the category.​

   3. Attach Evidence: Include the photo or video with your submission.​

   Upon approval, we will notify you within 48 hours.​
