Received the Wrong Item
An item is considered incorrect only if it’s completely different from what was originally ordered.
Examples that qualify for a replacement:

You ordered a dress but received a pair of shoes.

You purchased lipstick but received mascara.
Examples that do not qualify:

You expected a heavier plush toy, but it feels lighter than anticipated.

You ordered a large jacket but feel it fits more like a medium.
We make every effort to include clear product descriptions and sizing to help you shop confidently.
If your case qualifies, we’ll ship a replacement using the same delivery speed as your original order.
To speed things up, please submit three photos of the item from different angles.
No need to return the incorrect item.
Order Not Delivered After 30 Days
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days (not counting those marked “delivered” by carriers like USPS or Canada Post), you’re eligible for a free replacement.
This will ship out using the same method as your original order.
If the tracking shows your order was delivered, please contact your local post office for further help.
