Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days after purchase.

Once your package is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details sent to the email used during checkout.

If you haven’t received your tracking number by the 5th business day, don’t forget to check your Spam or Junk folders.

Why Tracking Might Not Show Progress:

It’s not uncommon for tracking updates to be delayed, especially when:

The first scan happens close to delivery.

There’s a lag in the shipping carrier’s system.

The tracking doesn’t update until the package arrives.

Some international services may not offer full tracking.

We still expect your order to arrive within the delivery window—20 business days (U.S.) or 25 business days (International).

If your order still hasn’t moved after that timeframe, give it another 5 business days—it often shows up shortly afterward.

After 30 business days (U.S.) or 35 (International), our team will investigate further. We’ll keep you informed via email within 2–5 business days as we follow up with our Fulfillment Manager.

How We Calculate Estimated Delivery Dates

Delivery estimates include both processing and transit times.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If there’s an “order within” countdown on the product page, it shows how much time you have left to order and still meet the delivery date shown. This is confirmed again in your order email.

Orders with Free Shipping are fulfilled in the most cost-effective way, and will arrive within 7–25 business days. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, don’t worry—we’ll ensure it reaches you within the promised timeframe.
Expedited Shipping

We rarely offer expedited shipping to keep pricing as low as possible.
